We are an AI‑hardware R&D and manufacturing company headquartered in Shajing, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, China.

Founded in 2005, TaoMetrix brings over 20 years of expertise in electronic product manufacturing. Our five‑story manufacturing facility spans approximately 20,000 square meters.

Our production infrastructure consists of 12 SMT lines, 6 DIP assembly lines and 4 final‑assembly lines. We deliver end‑to‑end services including PCB assembly, component integration, product build‑up, functional testing, quality inspection and packaging.

TaoMetrix partners with global startups, product teams and hardware brands. Our project portfolio covers AI wearables, smart glasses, smart cameras, smart home devices, robotics, health‑oriented hardware and edge‑AI systems.

Prior to mass production, our engineering team conducts thorough reviews of product mechanics, electronic components, assemblies, sensors, power systems and software connectivity. We identify potential risks at an early stage and optimize designs for manufacturability and assembly efficiency.

Inside our workshop, every unit is built following standardized procedures. Our technicians mount PCBs, route cables, fasten components and fit enclosures step‑by‑step.

Once assembly is completed, each product undergoes functional validation, interface testing, power‑cycle testing, thermal inspection and final quality audit. We are committed to consistent, repeatable manufacturing outcomes.

For new‑product launches, we offer full‑cycle support from engineering prototyping and pilot runs all the way to high‑volume mass production.
